Acoustic Wall

World famous graphic design studio Thonik, designed a new striking building in the city center of Amsterdam. Thonik constructed a stunning geometrical black and white structure completely from the ground up. For the Inside of the building the studio approached Simone Post for a splash of colour. She created a vibrant acoustic wall piece consisting out of 5 different colours of a print design by Post, which are waxprinted in a traditional way by Dutch textile manufacturer Vlisco. The permanent wall piece is made with a wooden frame and acoustically insulated with recycled textiles.
